Requirements
- On-site traineeships:\xA0
- Candidate Must be a currently enrolled as student or recent graduate, being able to secure a Learning Agreement signed by their School/University
- Specific requirements vary by sector, education level, language skills, and traineeship duration.
How it works
- Application: Submit the application form and CV of the candidate.
- Candidate profile review: We review the CV and arrange an online interview to test the language skills and set the expectations
- Matching: We match the candidate with the ideal traineeship and host company. An interview between the candidate and the host company might be required at this stage.
- Confirmation: Once both parties are satisfied, we finalise the placement and secure the agreement with the host company.
- Preparation: On-site or pre-departure meetings to prepare the candidate for the traineeship.
- Support: Continuous on-site or virtual support and supervision throughout the traineeship.
- Paperwork management: Handling all necessary paperwork related to the traineeship.
